Jorge Campillo is a Spanish professional golfer who plays on the European Tour. He has three European Tour wins, the 2019 Trophée Hassan II, the 2020 Commercial Bank Qatar master’s and the 2023 Magical Kenya Open.
Upon graduating in 2009, Campillo made the transition to the professional ranks and embarked on his journey by participating in invites on both the European and Challenge Tours. Displaying early promise, he secured top-10 finishes on both circuits and concluded the season at a commendable 98th position on the Challenge Tour standings.
In the early months of 2019, Campillo showcased his strong form with two impressive runner-up finishes at the Oman Open and the Commercial Bank Qatar Masters. However, his true breakthrough came in April when he secured a notable victory at the Trophée Hassan II, winning by a margin of 2 strokes. This triumph marked his first-ever European Tour win after an astonishing 229 starts on the tour.
