Virginia defensive back Joey Blount is taking the next step in his career. The safety signed with the Seattle Seahawks on Saturday night as an undrafted free agent.
But caught the attention of several during his performance at the Virginia Pro Day in March.
He ran an unofficial 4.38 40-yard dash and put up 20 reps on the bench press – those marks would have been good enough for a top-six finish at the NFL Combine.
