
American actress, playwright, and performance artist Joan Hotchkis lived from September 21, 1927, until September 27, 2022.
She is most known for co-authoring the influential acting textbook “No Acting Please”, co-starring as Dr. Nancy Cunningham on The Odd Couple for numerous seasons, and creating ground-breaking performance art pieces in the 90s.
