The entire world mourns the loss of their very own  Discovery Channel star “Flying Wild Alaska” Jim Tweto.

It was reported that Jim Tweto died in a plane crash, on Friday, June 16, 2023. Jim Tweto, unfortunately, died alongside a hunting and fishing guide from Idaho in a plane crash. 

Jim Tweto was born in Kansas and raised in Minnesota. He made it in the entertainment industry when he starred in the Discovery Channel’s “Flying Wild Alaska” series.

Jim Tweto was young and talented, and even at the age of 68, still made it driving the small plane.

Unfortunately, things did not go well for Jim Tweto and his partner who went out flying.  According to reports gathered the small plane crashed near the town of Shatoolik, Alaska. The two were seen taking off in his Cessna 180 on Friday morning and crashed soon after

Jim Tweto is survived by his wife Ferno and their three daughters. One time the couple and their three daughters were featured in the Discovery series, which aired in 2011-2012.
