Jimmie William Price was an American expert baseball Catcher, who played in Significant Association Baseball for the Detroit Tigers from 1967 to 1971.

Jim Price’s parents are not known to the public. He moved on from Hershey Secondary School in Hershey, Pennsylvania, in 1960. He was a three-sport star at Hershey and was selected by Joe Paterno to play school football for the Penn State Nittany Lions.

After he graduated, Price was endorsed by the Pittsburgh Privateers of Significant Association Baseball. He was recorded as a top possibility in the Privateers’ mid-1960s yearbooks.
