Jesper Horsted (born February 27, 1997) is an American football tight end for the National Football League’s Las Vegas Raiders (NFL). He attended Princeton University and played football there.

Horsted spent four seasons as a wide receiver for the Princeton Tigers. He was chosen to the first team of the Ivy League as a junior after setting school records with 92 receptions, 14 receiving touchdowns, and 1,226 yards.
In his senior year, he caught 72 passes for 1,047 yards and 13 touchdowns, once again earning first-team All-Ivy honors. He concluded his undergraduate career as the all-time leading receiver for the institution with 196 catches, 28 receiving touchdowns, and 2,703 receiving yards.
Horsted played baseball for the Princeton club as well. In 36 games as a junior, he batted.324 with seven doubles and 14 RBIs, and in 104 games over three seasons, he batted.312. On June 7, 2022, Horsted agreed to a free-agent contract with the Las Vegas Raiders.
