Jesse Alan Marsch is the current head coach of Premier League team Leeds United. He is an American professional soccer coach and former player. Marsch spent 14 seasons in Major League Soccer as a midfielder for D.C. United.

He currently lives in the East Midlands of England. Marsch speaks excellent German, which he mastered at the age of 44, in addition to his native English.
On March 5, Marsch’s first game as Leeds manager, the team lost 1-0 at Leicester City; eight days later, they won 2-1 at home to Norwich City.
Marsch led Leeds to a 2-1 away win at Brentford on May 22 to help the club avoid relegation to 17th place; it was the first time since 2011 that a team survived despite being in the relegation zone at the start of the final day.
Marsch grew up in Racine, Wisconsin, and attended Jerome I. Case High School.
He and Kim have three children: one girl and two sons.
