Jermaine Lateef Rivers, an American actor, was born on September 22, 1973. Rivers was born on the Caserma Ederle in Vicenza, Italy, to Jerry B. Rivers (deceased), a US Army soldier stationed there from active duty until 1975, and Brenda J. Rivers. He graduated from Fort Campbell High School in 1992. In 1993, he enlisted in the US Army and underwent basic training at Fort Jackson in South Carolina. Rivers served in the military on an active basis from 17 March 1993 to 31 May 2013.
