When they say age is but a number, actually, they are referring to Jennifer Lopez. How has Jennifer Lynn Lopez, 53, managed to look younger than she actually is throughout the course of time? She hardly appears a day older than 35. She is, without a doubt, a milf!

Her healthy diet, in her opinion, is what keeps her looking and feeling so good. She told Hello! that what we eat doesn’t just affect our bodies;  it can also affect the appearance of our skins.

Her hot abs didn’t just appear out of nowhere – she worked for them !

Lopez claims that a balanced diet consisting of veggies, lean protein, and complex carbohydrates works best.

Typically, J-Lo eats: primarily lean sources of protein, such as egg whites, white flesh turkey, chicken breast, pork, and grass-fed beef.  She also eats primarily fish high in omega-3 fatty acids, such as salmon and sea bass. Veggies include leafy greens like kale and spinach, as well as cruciferous vegetables like broccoli and cauliflower.

The mother of two often starts her day with a shake, according to People. Berries, Greek yogurt, cinnamon, honey, ice cubes, a spritz of fresh lemon juice, and a scoop of protein powder make up her go-to smoothie.

According to People, Lopez will eat a veggie-packed salad with kale, toasted pumpkin seeds, crumbled queso, chopped shallots, and a dressing made with lemon juice and extra-virgin olive oil for lunch. She’ll also make a salad with salmon, broccoli, peppers, zucchini, and a vinaigrette drizzle.

If she’s at home, J-Lo will eat dinner with the kids at about 6:30 p.m., according to Hollywood Life. Her dinners typically include a lean protein, more vegetables, and complex carbohydrates such as brown rice, sweet potatoes, or quinoa.

She ain’t your momma but she’s definitely her kids’ momma!
