Jayron Kearse, an American football safety for the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League, was born on February 11, 1994.
He is a Florida native who went to Cypress Lake High School. He played safety on defense as a rookie and was initially listed as 5-foot-8 before going through a growth spurt. He was selected to start at quarterback as a sophomore for a squad that utilized a Wing T scheme and amassed 1,049 rushing yards, 13 rushing touchdowns, and 5 passing touchdowns. He rushed for 1,600 yards and 17 touchdowns as a junior rushing quarterback.
Kearse got a scholarship to play football at Clemson University, where he concentrated on strong safety from 2013 to 2015 under head coach Dabo Swinney.
