Di Tullio began his professional career in 2002 with the Montreal Impact of the USL A-League and then the USL First Division.

He scored his sole professional goal against the Vancouver Whitecaps on July 17, 2002. At the conclusion of his first season in 2002, he received Impact’s 2002 Unsung Hero Award.

With the Impact, he won the league championship in 2004.

He retired at the age of 23 in 2007 after having his sixth knee surgery since 2004, missing the whole 2007 season. He appeared in 75 games for the Impact, starting 56 of them, and contributed one goal and four assists.
