Jason David Frank was a mixed martial fighter and actor from the United States.
He was well known for playing Tommy Oliver in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and later Power Rangers programs.

Before being called back to Power Rangers, Frank was slated to play Brad Hawkins’ character Adam Steele in VR Troopers.
Because of his popularity, he was reintroduced as the White Ranger and the team’s new commander. Frank was supposed to take over as the Green Ranger, but due to Tommy Oliver’s popularity, this was adjusted to make room for him.
Frank invented his own blend of American Karate, using his understanding of many different martial arts forms.
On June 28, 2003, Frank was honored into the World Karate Union Hall of Fame, and he appeared at the Arnold Classic in 2008.
Frank officially announced his signing with SuckerPunch Entertainment, a sports marketing and management company specializing in MMA, on August 21, 2009.
