Adams-Ginyard, who was born on February 14, 1987, is an Emmy-nominated American actress, stuntwoman, and professional wrestler. She is most known for her role as Nomble, a member of the Dora Milaje, in the Marvel Cinematic Universe film Black Panther and the Disney+ series The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, as well as her stunt work in Black Panther and Avengers: Infinity War.
Ginyard was born in the California city of Los Angeles. As siblings, she has a brother and a twin sister. She is of Jamaican descent.
She was a standout athlete at Cerritos’ Gahr High School. She holds numerous athletics records, including the 300m hurdles, the heptathlon, and the four-by-one hundred and four-by-four hundred relays.
