Adams-Ginyard is an Emmy-nominated American actress, stuntwoman, and professional wrestler who was born on February 14, 1987. She is most recognized for her portrayal as Nomble, a member of the Dora Milaje, in the Marvel Cinematic Universe film Black Panther and the Disney+ series The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, as well as her involvement as a stuntwoman in both Black Panther and Avengers: Infinity War.
Ginyard was born in the city of Los Angeles, California. She has a brother and a twin sister as siblings. She is of Jamaican origin.
She was a standout athlete at Gahr High School in Cerritos, California. She holds numerous athletics records, including the 300m hurdles, the heptathlon, and the 4 x 100m and 4 x 400m relays.
