Jamie Wallis MP health: What disease does trans MP have? Gender dysphoria explained

Jamie Wallis has been the first MP to come out as trans, claiming that he was diagnosed with gender dysphoria as a child but wants to demonstrate how essential it is to be yourself.

Gender dysphoria is a clinically significant discomfort or impairment caused by a strong desire to be of another gender, which may include a desire to change primary and/or secondary sex characteristics.

Dysphoria does not affect all transgender or gender-diverse persons.

He added that he had Post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD).

In a statement released hours after Boris Johnson was claimed to have made a joke about transgender individuals, the Bridgend MP stated that he had never lived by the truth but would attempt to start by telling everyone about his identity.

Wallis said he was assaulted last year and blackmailed shortly after being elected to the House of Commons and wants to begin the trans process s soon as possible.
