James Remar is a well-known actor who was born in the United States of America on December 31st, 1953. William James Remar came into the world in the city of Boston, in the state of Massachusetts. Since he made his acting debut in 1978, Remar has been in a number of movies and episodes of television shows in which he has portrayed the antagonist.

Remar’s most famous roles are those of Albert Ganz in “48 Hours” (1982), Ajax in “The Warriors” (1979), Dutch Schultz in “The Cotton Club” (1984), Jack Duff in “Miracle on 34th Street” (1994), and Harry Morgan, the father of the main character in “Dexter” (2006–2013).
