James Hubert Kingston is a 57 year old South African professional golfer. James was born on November 30, 1965, in Ottosdal, South Africa. He is a member of the European Tour and the Sunshine Tour.
James turned professional in 1988 and has competed on the Asian Tour, where he collected four tournament victories.
He finished top of the Order of Merit on the Sunshine Tour in 2007, aided by his victory at the European Tour co-sanctioned South African Airways Open. His 2007 win which was his first win on the European Tour, helped him to his best Order of Merit finish of 17th in 2008.
His win at the Sunshine Tour’s Vodacom Championship in February 2008, see brought him into the top 100 of the Official World Golf Rankings for the first time. The following year which was 2009, he secured his first win with a playoff triumph against Anders Hansen at the 2009 Mercedes-Benz Championship in Cologne.
