James Spencer Cleverly TD VR (born 4 September 1969) is a British politician and Army Reserve officer serving as Foreign Secretary since 2022. He served as Secretary of State for Education in 2022. A member of the Conservative Party, he has been a member of Parliament (MP) for Braintree in Essex since 2015.
