UCLA forward Jalen Hill made his basketball retirement known on Instagram on Tuesday. He gave several justifications for doing so, including worry and sadness.
Hill revealed his decision in a six-minute video posted on Tuesday on his Instagram account. In 2017, while on the team’s preseason trip to China, he and teammates LiAngelo Ball and Cody Riley were arrested for stealing. He gave the reason that he had “a bunch of anxiety and depression problems” that dated back to before his freshman year at UCLA.
