Jake Anthony Kumerow is an American football wide receiver for the Buffalo Bills of the National Football League. He played college football at Illinois and UW–Whitewater, and was signed by the Cincinnati Bengals as an undrafted free agent in 2015.

The move comes as a surprise since back in March, the Bills re-signed Kumerow to a one-year, $1.87 million contract.
