James Jacob Gilchrist Berry, who was born on December 29, 1978, is the chairman of the Conservative Party and the Northern Ireland Minister Without Portfolio.
He was a former lawyer who held the position of Minister for the Northern Powerhouse in Theresa May’s and Boris Johnson’s administrations. Berry was elected to the position of Member of Parliament for Rossendale and Darwen in the general election of 2010.
