James Jacob Gilchrist Berry is a British politician currently serving as Chairman of the Conservative Party and Minister Without Portfolio. He was formerly a solicitor who served as Minister for the Northern Powerhouse from 2017 to 2020 in the governments of Theresa May and Boris Johnson.
