Jacob Eason is an American football quarterback for the National Football League’s San Francisco 49ers.
Prior to joining the 49ers, the 24-year-old played as a quarterback for the Indianapolis Colts.

Eason stands 6ft 6 inches or 1.98 meters tall. Eason was born on September 14, 1991, in Seattle, Washington, the son of Tony Eason, who played college football for the University of Notre Dame and later for the New England Patriots.

He threw 350 passes for 2,941 yards, 23 touchdowns, and eight interceptions his senior year. He appeared in 38 games, completing 662 of 1,025 pass attempts for 9,813 yards, 102 touchdowns, and 18 interceptions.
In his senior year, he led them to a 12-1 record and to the state semifinals against Skyline, where they lost 34-37. He was rated the best pro-style quarterback and overall prospect in the 2016 class.
