Peter John Wagner II was born in the United States on October 3, 1959. He has appeared in episodes of Melrose Place, The Bold and the Beautiful, Santa Barbara, General Hospital, and Santa Barbara.
He appeared in several made-for-television films, including Moving Target with Jason Bateman, Frequent Flyer with Joan Severance, Nicole Eggert, and Shelley Hack, Lady Killer with Judith Light, and Dirty Little Secret with Tracey Gold.
He spent several years portraying Dr. Peter Burns, a doctor who is alternately sweet and devious, on Aaron Spelling’s Fox primetime soap series Melrose Place (1994–1999).
He produced numerous episodes as well. His character and “Amanda,” portrayed by Heather Locklear, were seen together on a beach after fabricating their own deaths in the series finale’s pivotal sequence.
