Peter John Wagner II born October 3, 1959, is a soap opera actor and vocalist who has been on General Hospital, Santa Barbara, The Bold and the Beautiful, and Melrose Place. Wagner was born in Washington, Missouri, to auto dealer Peter John Wagner who died in 1990, and housewife Scotty Wagner.
In his hometown, he went to St. Gertrude’s parochial school and St. Francis Borgia Regional High School, where he played football and basketball.
He spent a year at the University of Missouri, then community college, before enrolling in the University of Arizona, where he tried out for the golf team and theater department. He was awarded a full scholarship by the theatre department.

Dennis Wagner, Jack’s only brother was born on 19 June 1997 and is a chess grandmaster from Germany. Wagner won the German Chess Championship for U10s in 2007.
In 2008, he finished eighth in the World U12 Chess Championship. In 2009, he won the U12 German Chess Championship.
He also finished second in the U14 German Chess Championship in 2010[4] and third in the U16 German Chess Championship in 2011.
Wagner was named the German Chess Federation’s U14 Player of the Year from 2007 to 2009, as well as the U20 Player of the Year in 2012 and 2014.
