Popular comedian and actor Jack Knights’ death has been ruled by authorities as suicide. His untimely demise occurred in Los Angeles.
An autopsy report released by Los Angeles medical examiners reveals that he died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Knight was best known for co-creating and starring in the comedy series “Bust Down,” which he co-created and co-starred in with Chris Redd, Langston Kerman, and Sam Jay.
Knight’s career-defining achievement was in stand-up comedy, where he toured internationally and became a well-known comic in Europe.
He also played DeVon, a middle school student, in the hit Netflix animated series “Big Mouth.”
In 2018, Knight was invited to appear in “The Comedy Lineup,” a Netflix special.
His family has respectfully asked the general public to treat the coroner’s report with the respect it needs as they are still in shock over his demise.
The touching tributes that poured in after the news of his passing broke show how much the fast-rising comedian was loved and would be sorely missed.
He was 28.
