American-born Australian businessman Jack Bendat has died. He died on Wednesday, February 17, 2022, aged 96.
Born on May 6, 1925, in the United States, Bendat was the owner of the Perth Wildcats basketball team between 2007 and 2021.
He was involved in philanthropic and sporting interests and was previously involved in construction and media businesses with longtime business partner Kerry Stokes.
