John Michael Luttig is an American lawyer and a former United States Circuit Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

Elizabeth Lutting is the current President of the Breakthrough Board. Since joining in 2012, she has served as a member at large and as treasurer. She also served as co-chair of the Breakthrough Ball in 2019, raising in excess over $2 million.
Elizabeth Lutting is also a board member of the Infant Welfare Society of Chicago (IWS) which provides funding for a clinic for uninsured and underinsured members of the community. After joining the IWS board in 2008, she served as secretary and chaired an IWS designer showhouse in 2015. Her volunteer roles also consist of numerous positions at her children’s former schools, Lake Forest High School and Lake Forest Academy.
