Ivan Sergeevich Fedorov is the Melitopol Mayor in Ukraine. He was born on the 29th of August, 1988.
He formerly served on the Melitopol municipal council and as the first deputy leader of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast Council.
Since 2020, he has served as the mayor of Melitopol. He was a Serhii Minko pupil.
Fedorov was elected to Melitopol’s sixth convocation of the city council. In 2015, he was chosen first deputy head of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast Council’s 7th convocation.
On March 6, 2022, Fedorov was awarded the Order of Courage III Class for his significant personal contribution to the protection of Ukraine’s state sovereignty and territorial integrity, as well as his courage and selfless actions during the organization of settlement defense against Russian invaders.
Fedorov has been captured as of March 12, 2022.
