Ghanaian actress and social media influencer, Akuapem Poloo, recently embarked on a spiritual journey to Mecca to perform Umrah, a lesser Hajj.
In an interview with Graphic Showbiz on April 6th, she recounted the enlightening experience of performing Safah and Marwa and touching the sacred Kaaba in Mecca.
Akuapem Poloo, known as Haniya in Islam after her pilgrimage, expressed deep gratitude for the spiritual rewards she has reaped.
She emphasized how Islam has changed her life, leading her to abandon alcohol and become a better woman and mother to her son.
