Toby Keith, an Oklahoma country music star, revealed on Sunday that he has been battling stomach cancer since late 2021.
He is in the picture for all the wrong reasons; he has been through a lot recently. Keith revealed in an exclusive interview that he is undergoing treatment right now.

On Sunday (June 12), the 60-year-old country music star took to social media to inform fans of his illness.
Keith began his tweet, (Last fall, I was diagnosed with stomach cancer. I’ve spent the last six months undergoing chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery. Thus far, so good. I need to take some time to breathe, recover, and relax.)
Presently due to his current condition, he has been advised by his health personnel to postpone most of his gigs in the meantime for rapid recovery.
Keith, a Songwriters Hall of Famer who turns 61 on July 8, is a longtime advocate for families dealing with cancer diagnoses. For nearly two decades he was a founding member of Ally’s House, a non-profit organization that assists Oklahoma children with cancer and their families.
