Actress Melissa Ivy Rauch was born in the US on June 23, 1980. She is well-known for playing Bernadette Rostenkowski-Wolowitz on the CBS comedy The Big Bang Theory, for which she received a 2013 Critics’ Choice Television Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series. David and Susan Rauch raised Rauch in Marlboro Township, New Jersey, where he was born. Ben is the name of her younger brother. As a student at Marlboro High School, she became interested in acting.
