The duo started dating in 2012 and after a year they walked down the aisle on October 20, 2013, at Blackberry Farm in Walland, Tennessee.

After they got Married Brandon became her manager and together, they have a daughter, River Rose, born in June 2014, and a son, Remington “Remy” Alexander, born in April 2016.

In June 2020, Clarkson filed for divorce from Blackstock, citing irreconcilable differences after seven years of marriage, and in March 2022, it was reported their divorce had been finalized.
