Jesse Clegg is a South African singer-songwriter, guitarist, and pianist. He was born in Johannesburg, South Africa, on June 14, 1988. His three studio albums, When I Wake Up, his 2011 follow-up Life on Mars, and his latest, Things Unseen, have made him a platinum-selling success in his home country.
Jesse brought his music to the international stage when he embarked on a seven-week tour across the United States and Canada, which comprised 32 shows in 31 cities in the year 2014.
He performed on the main stage at the UK’s Isle of Wight Festival on June 14, 2014. He has also played numerous high-profile showcase festivals in the US – including the CMJ Music Marathon New Music Seminar, and the CBGB Festival.
