American actress, comedian, and producer Aubrey Christina Plaza was born on June 26, 1984. At the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater, she polished her improv and sketch comedy abilities.
In Wilmington, Delaware, David Plaza, a financial expert, and Bernadette Plaza, a lawyer, gave birth to Plaza. Her younger sisters Renee and Natalie share her.
Plaza was given its name after Bread’s song “Aubrey.” Ismael, her paternal grandfather, arrived in this country when he was just 17 years old. He was created in Arecibo, Puerto Rico.
Her mother’s background is a mixture of Irish and English. She also acknowledged that she was a Taino descendant. Since 2011, Plaza has been dating writer and director Jeff Baena.
In an interview with The Advocate in 2016, she stated: “Girls like me, that much is obvious. Hello, I concur with you. Both men and women are drawn to me. I’m forced to.”
Plaza, then 20 years old, suffered expressive aphasia following a stroke, along with momentary paralysis.
