Irina-Camelia Begu parents: Steluţa Begu, Paul Begu

At the 2011 Copa Bionaire and the 2011 BCR Open Romania, Romanian women’s tennis player Irina-Camelia Begu won both the singles and doubles titles. Throughout her career, she topped all Romanian players in the world.

She and Oksana Kalashnikova made it to the semifinals of the 2007 Wimbledon Championships as juniors. Afterward, as a senior, she went on with a Huge homerun copies achievement.
