Churikova was born in Belebey, in the Bashkir ASSR of the Russian SFSR. Inna relocated to Moscow with her mother in the early 1950s. Inna had a lifelong passion for acting and studied drama as a youngster at the Stanislavsky Theatre’s affiliated studio before enrolling in the Shchepkin Drama School after a few failures.
