Following the sudden and tragic death of Los Angeles-based fitness influencer Gino Molina, also known as Big Wicked, his family and fans are mourning the loss of a beloved figure who touched many lives through his inspirational workouts and outreach in the community. Molina passed away on Memorial Day after spending the weekend with his loved ones.
His sister took to Facebook to share a heartfelt tribute, expressing her profound grief and the immense void left by her brother’s sudden departure.
“You took a piece of me with you brother, my heart is shattered in a million pieces,” she wrote. “I want to close my eyes and wake up and hear you calling me sister. I love you so very much, you were my other half. Until we see each other again, I will forever hold your legacy. You were one of a kind! Rest in paradise now brother.”
Strength Cartel, with whom Molina had a partnership, officially announced his passing on Instagram, offering their condolences to his family and expressing their sorrow at the loss of a valued member. A GoFundMe has been set up by Molina’s family to help cover funeral expenses, with an outpouring of support and donations reaching over $3,000 in just 16 hours.
Molina’s journey was one of redemption and transformation, having spent 13 years behind bars before turning his life around and becoming a beacon of positivity and hope for many. In a poignant final post on his Instagram, Molina reflected on his past, expressing gratitude for the second chance he had been given in life.
