John Dramani Mahama, the 2024 flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has made a pledge to Ghanaians as he embarks on his campaign for the upcoming December 7 polls. He assured the public that he will uphold truthfulness and refrain from making promises that he cannot fulfill.
Speaking at the NDC’s campaign launch in Tamale on Saturday, July 27, Mr. Mahama reiterated his commitment to honesty and integrity in seeking the presidency. Despite acknowledging the challenges faced during his previous presidency, he emphasized the progress made by Ghana under his leadership.
Mr. Mahama vowed to maintain transparency with the citizens and build on the foundations laid during his previous administration if re-elected.
