Justin Kodua Frimpong, the General Secretary of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), has warned party members that if they can’t forgive, they should forget about power in 2025.
He has noticed that there are those who hold grudges within the political party.
However, he believes that such grudges should be resolved so that they can work together for the benefit of the political party.
“If you can’t forgive anyone who has offended you, then let’s forget about power after 2024,” he told a packed throng of party supporters in the Central Region.
Using his relationship with the political party’s previous General Secretary, he stated: “I don’t mind going to John Boadu every day to learn from him. If we win the elections, my name will be mentioned.
“If you are a parliamentary candidate and claim that someone did not support you during the internal elections, hence you cannot work with them, you have a serious problem.
“I want today to mark a new beginning. All grudges in the political party should be resolved today. “Let us come together as a family and build so that we can maintain power,” he stated.
