Prophet Ogyaba, Emmanuel Akwasi Boakye, also known as Prophet Ogyaba, is the general overseer and founder of the Holiness of Christ Zion Ministry. He has shared his experiences and challenges in growing to his current position.

In his narration, he said that he faced several obstacles early in his career before rising to prominence in the nation.

According to what he revealed, he started small-scale mining—known as “galamsey” in the dialect—in order to supplement his income for maintenance.

After serving as a driver’s companion on a VIP bus, the prophet revealed that he had now bought a car for the master he had previously worked for.

According to him, “I was a producer and a mining enthusiast when I first started acting.” I used to cry and just sit around. I once performed galamsey in the town of Manso and its surroundings. I used to be a VIP bus mate before I started mining.

“It’s interesting that the person who used to be my boss is now operating a car I purchased for him.”

“When you see someone flourishing in life, go closer to him/her and find out about the history and learn from it. Always I use my life as an example for others.”

He counseled the public to not give up on their dreams and to approach well-known individuals to find out how they succeeded rather than to criticize them.
