Hunter Reynolds was a visual artist and AIDS activist. He was a Visual AIDS artist member who was an early member of ACT UP, and in 1989 co-founded Art Positive, an affinity group of ACT-UP to fight homophobia and censorship in the arts. The renowned artist is no more. He was said to have passed away on June 12 at his East Village, New York, home. He was 62.
