Howard Kevin Stern is a California-based American attorney. He was the late model Anna Nicole Smith’s domestic partner, solicitor, and agent. He rose to prominence as a co-star on Smith’s reality television show The Anna Nicole Show, which aired from 2002 to 2004. He is currently employed by the Los Angeles Public Defender’s Office.
Stern was reared in Los Angeles by a Jewish household. He earned a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley in 1990 and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of California, Los Angeles. On February 25, 1994, he was admitted to the State Bar of California.

They together have a daughter named, Dannielyn. Unfortunately, Anna Smith died a few weeks after giving birth to their baby.
Anna passed away on February 8, 2007, just 5 months after her son’s death. Her son died because of a drug overdose.
