A robot manufacturing company called Promobot is going to select a suitable candidate whose likeness would become the new face and voice for a new humanoid robot the company has advanced plans to create.
The company has proposed to pay anyone a whopping amount of $200,000 for their face and voice to use on a humanoid robot for use in hotels, malls, and other “crowded places, the company had said in a statement.
As of now, the robot manufacturing company Promobot has said that over 20,000 persons have so far applied for their face and voice to be used.
The number of applicants is expected to rise high in the coming days.

Promobot has disclosed that a candidate must have a friendly face and must be willing to surrender their rights for the $200,000 dollars. It also added that it will take up to a year for them to find a suitable face for the humanoid.
