They set it up in 2020, after the Megxit process saw them step back as senior members of the monarchy and Royal Family.
Ever since, the pair have signed deals with Netflix and Spotify – as well as appearing on TV shows like Oprah Winfrey’s Apple Plus TV mental health series.
The charity was set up by the pair in January 2021, but receipts amounted to just £37k for the year.
The Duke of Sussex, aged 37, welcomed his second child with the former Suits actress last year.
Baby Lilibet Diana or Lili was welcomed by the pair last summer.
Their eldest child Archie is now aged two.
