John Felix Anthony Cena is a WWE-signed American professional wrestler, actor, and former rapper. Having held the most world championships in WWE history, Cena is largely recognized as one of the all-time best professional wrestlers.
Cena moved to California in 1998 to pursue a bodybuilding career before switching to professional wrestling in 1999, making his debut for Ultimate Pro Wrestling (UPW).
In 2001, he signed with the World Wrestling Federation (now WWE) and was assigned to its developmental territory Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW), where he won the OVW Heavyweight Championship and the OVW Southern Tag Team Championship.

Cena again married fiancée Shay Shariatzadeh, whom he had been dating since early 2019, in a private wedding in Tampa, Florida on October 12, 2020. The two met while working on Cena’s 2019 film Playing with Fire, which was shot in Vancouver, where Shariatzadeh lives.
