Fernandinho has confirmed that he will depart Manchester City at the conclusion of the season.
The Brazil international, who will turn 37 next month, has stated that he is willing to leave Chelsea and return to Brazil to continue playing regular football.
Fernandinho has only made 11 appearances this season, four of which have come since the beginning of the season, and the 36-year-old is unlikely to start the Champions League quarter-final second leg against Atlético Madrid on Wednesday.

Fernandinho said in a tweet earlier today:
