A CCTV clip purporting to show how 20-year-old Mohammed Abdullah murdered a 74-year-old stroke victim in her three-bedroom Kasoa Lamtey home after robbing her has surfaced.
The tragedy happened in the Central region’s Awutu Senya East neighborhood, close to the Balloon Hotel. The prosecutor claimed that the defendant trashed the three-bedroom home, stole priceless artifacts, and took an undisclosed sum of money before tying the ailing elderly woman with a rope and cutting her throat. Fortunately, a CCTV camera inside the home caught the horrible incident on tape.
The Ofaakor Circuit Court has remanded Mohammed Abdullah, 20, for allegedly killing a stroke sufferer, 74, after robbing her in her three-bedroom home in Kasoa Lamtey.
The sad event happened in the Central region of Awutu Senya East, close to the Ballon Hotel.
According to the prosecution, Mohammed Abdullah, the defendant, tied the woman up with a rope, slashed her throat, and then looted the three-bedroom home, taking valuables and an unknown quantity of cash.
