Helen Elizabeth Skelton (born 19 July 1983) is an English actress and television presenter. She co-hosted the BBC children’s show, Blue Peter, from 2008 to 2013 and has been a Countryfile presenter since 2014.
She has co-hosted two seasons of the BBC One show Holiday Hit Squad with Angela Rippon and Joe Crowley. She also hosted the daily show The Instant Gardener for two seasons.

Helen resides in Leeds with her two sons, Ernie and Louis, as well as her infant daughter Elsie, whom she shares with her husband, Richie Myler. Earlier this year, the couple announced their divorce.
Skelton married England national rugby league team player Richie Myler in December 2013, and their first child, a son, was born on June 19, 2015.
In September 2015, Myler relocated to France after joining the Catalan Dragons team. He is now a member of the Yorkshire club Leeds Rhinos. Their second son was born in April 2017[citation needed], and their first daughter on December 28, 2021.
Skelton revealed on her Instagram account on April 25, 2022, that she and Myler were no longer in a relationship.
