Tina Turner was born Anna Mae Bullock in Brownsville, Tennessee on November 26, 1939. Her parents are Zelma Priscilla and Floyd Richard Bullock.
In 1958, she graduated from Sumner High School. She is one of the all-time best-selling recording artists. During her Break Every Rule World Tour in 1988, she set a Guinness World Record for the largest paying audience for a solo performer (180,000) at the time. Tina, a jukebox musical, was inspired by her in 2018.
